<br />AGREEMENT 1-2354 <br />Exhibit A <br /> <br />PE 1.'1..1 Contract Administration <br /> <br />The CONSULTANT will administer its own contract with The AUTHORITY, it's subcontracts, <br />processing of new or amended work orders, developing and obtaining reports (to be monthly) on <br />progress made and costs expended, the receipt and payment of invoices, checking compliance <br />with all contract terms and conditions, monitoring the receipt and routing of contract <br />deliverables, monitoring DBE participation, and processing contract closeoutS. <br /> <br />As a result from the CONSULTANT's input during negotiations of the PE consulting services <br />contract, this PE 1.1.1 scope of work task will be Task 1.01.03 in the CONSULTANT's <br />Schedule of Values. <br /> <br />PE 1.1.2 Accounting and Invoicing <br /> <br />" <br />" , <br />The CONSULTANT shall apply the terms of the contract, establish and maintain a system of <br />cost accounts pertaining to CONSULTANT's costs under the contract, insure that the cost <br />accounting and invoicing conform with CONSULTANT's Schedule of Values established for the <br />project, and the requirements of the Agreement. The CONSULTANT shall do th.e same for any <br />subcontractors and assemble this information for monthly billings to be submitted to The <br />AUTHORITY for approval. <br /> <br />As a result from the CONSULTANT's input during negotiations of the PE consulting services <br />contract, this PE 1.1.2 scope of work task will be Task 1.01.05 in the CONSULTANT's <br />Schedule of Values. Project progress will be tracked, at the Task / Sub-Task level, and reviewed <br />on a biweekly basis through a cost-loaded schedule analysis of actual versuS budgeted, at the <br />appropriate weekly Project Status Meeting. Furthermore, the CONSULTANT will track cost <br />expenditures for Administrative/Clerical Support as Schedule of Values Task 1.01.06. <br /> <br />PE 1.1.3 CAE/CADD Services <br /> <br />The CONSULTANT will submit their recommendation for the computer aided <br />engineering/computer aided drafting & design (CAE/CADD) software to The AUTHORITY for <br />approval within one month after the Notice to Proceed, After approval this CAE/CADD <br />software is to be used for all engineering, design, and drafting on the project and the <br />CONSULTANT will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and upgrading the necessary <br />computer system to accomplish this requirement. The CONSULTANT shall develop design <br />information, databases, and library cells into a system that all project participants will share and <br />utilize, To the extent practical, the CONSULTANT is to draw on the data systems utilized in the <br />conceptual engineering phase of the project for reference. <br /> <br />The electronic CAE/CADD Üles to be delivered under the contract contain information that will <br />be used to produce contract documents for the project.
