<br />8 <br /> <br /><Y <br /> <br /> <br />AGREEMENT 1-2354 <br />Exhibit A <br /> <br />~-::.- <br /> <br />- <br />As a result from the CONSULT ANT's input during negotiations of the PE consulting services <br />contract, this PE 1.1.3 scope of v;'ork task will be Task 1.01.04 in the CONSULTANT's <br />Schedule of Values. ',,, <br /> <br />PE 1.2 <br /> <br />Within 30 days of Notice-to-Proceed (NTP) , the CONSULTANT will update, for <br />AUTHORITY's review and approval, the existing Project Management Plan (PMP) for <br />Preliminary Engineering. The PMP shall be responsive to FT A's requirements as it describes the <br />CONSULTANT's internal work plan for the roles, responsibilities, reporting relationships, and <br />authorities of the major participants in the program; a description of the computer systems and <br />programs to be used; the types of progress reports and reporting frequencies to be followed; <br />coordination plan of the CONSULTANT with the Public Involvement Program, and a <br />description of how the design costs and project schedule will be tracked. It is imperative thàt:tþe <br />PMP describe how the CONSULTANT will communicate with AUTHORITY to ensure that the <br />team is up-to-date on the project's progress, knows in a timely fashion when decisions need to be <br />made, and how the PMP will provide timely and effective design guidance. The PMP will also <br />explain how the CONSULTANT will manage the sub-CONSULTANTs effectively, especially <br />those not physically located within the CONSULTANT's office. Any requirements stipulated by <br />The AUTHORITY (e.g., policies related to contract administration and requirements of the <br />MOU's with the three cities) will be incorporated. <br /> <br />Project Management plan for Preliminary Engineering. <br /> <br />As a result from the CONSULTANT's input during negotiations of the PE consulting services <br />contract, this PE 1.2 scope of work task will included in Task 1.01.02 in the CONSULTANT's <br />Schedule of Values. <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br />. Updated PMP for Preliminary Engineering <br />D Updates as required <br /> <br />PE 1.3 <br /> <br />Procedures Manual. <br /> <br />The CONSULTANT will prepare a Procedmes Manual (Manual) which will set forth a <br />consistent and reliable approach to its conduct of the project work; the management of its project <br />office(s); and the administration ofthe project's equipment, vehicles, computers, cellular phones, <br />etc, within 90 days after the NTP. The Manual will include procedures used in the <br />administration of the CONSULTANT's contract with AUTHORITY and any sub-consultant's. <br />In certain areas, the CONSULTANT will have its own policies and procedures (e.g" personnel <br />administration), When project-specific procedures are required, the CONSULT ANT should look <br />to The AUTHORITY manuals and procedures and to the extent they are helpful and efficient, <br />make use of AUTHOlJTY procedmes for project management, control and administration. <br /> <br />As a result from the CONSULT ANT's input during negotiations of the PE consulting services <br />contract, this PE 1.3 scope of work task will be Task 1.03 in the CONSULTANT's Schedule of <br /> <br />, <br />
