<br />G. <br /> <br />The Executive Director of Community Development proposes to add one <br />full time position to the current Annual Budget. <br /> <br />H. <br /> <br />The Library Director proposes to reallocate one full time position in the <br />current Annual Budget. <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The Executive Director of Finance and Management Services proposes to <br />create two new full time classification titles, and to reallocate two full time <br />positions in the current Annual Budget. <br /> <br />J. <br /> <br />The Police Chief proposes to create one new part time classification title, <br />add special compensation to one full time classification, and amend the <br />current Annual Budget by deleting two full time positions, and adding one <br />full time position. <br /> <br />K. <br /> <br />The Executive Director of Personnel Services proposes that the salary for <br />the Administrative Management classification of Workers' Compensation <br />Administrator (AM) be increased. <br /> <br />L. <br /> <br />The Executive Director of Public Works proposes to reallocate one full <br />time position in the current Annual Budget. <br /> <br />M. <br /> <br />It is now desired to amend Council Resolution Nos. 82-110, as amended, <br />91-066, as amended, and 96-095, as amended, and Ordinance No. NS- <br />2653, the Fiscal Year 2004-2005 Budget, as amended, in order to effect <br />these changes. <br /> <br />Section 2: That Section 3 of Resolution No. 82-110, as amended, is hereby <br />further amended by adding the following classification title at the Salary Rate Range <br />and effective date indicated: <br /> <br />6-Step Salary Rate Ranqe (SRR) Effective 3/01/05 <br /> <br />Class Title <br /> <br />3/01/05 <br />SRR <br /> <br />656 <br /> <br />Annual Salary <br />(Min-Max) <br /> <br />Purchasing Supervisor <br /> <br />($61,512-78,504) <br /> <br />Section 3: That Section 3.1 Special Compensation Provisions (Applicable to <br />Full Time Civil Service Employees Only. Unless Otherwise Specified) of Resolution 82- <br />110, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding the following pay designation <br />"ww" to the list of special compensation provisions: <br /> <br />"(ww) Incumbents in the class of Firearms Examiner who, at the discretion of the <br />appointing authority, are regularly and continuously assigned to serve in a "lead" <br />supervisory capacity, will be paid an additional ten (10) salary rate ranges <br /> <br />Resolution 2005-026 <br />Page 2 of 5 <br />
