<br />D. <br /> <br />reallocating one position in the Library from the classification title of <br />Accounting Assistant to the classification title of Senior Accounting <br />Assistant. <br /> <br />E. <br /> <br />reallocating two positions in Finance and Management Services as <br />follows: one position from the classification title of Accounting Manager <br />(MM) to the classification title of Assistant Director of Finance and <br />Management Services (MM); and one position from the classification title <br />of Supervising Buyer to the classification title of Purchasing Supervisor. <br /> <br />F. <br /> <br />reallocating one position in the Public Works Agency from the <br />classification title of Transportation Manager (MM) to the classification title <br />of Principal Civil Engineer (MM). <br /> <br />Section 8: That except as amended by this Resolution, all other provisions of <br />Resolution No. 82-110, as amended, Resolution 91-066, as amended, Resolution 96- <br />095, as amended, and Ordinance No. NS-2653 setting forth the Annual Budget for <br />Fiscal Year 2004-2005, as amended, shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />Section 9: That this Resolution shall be operative from and after March 1, 2005 <br />ADOPTED this 22nd day of February, 2005. <br /> <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Joseph W.
