The original motion <br />which provided for a prize of $?6 was amended on the motion <br />of Councilman Ward, seconded by Councilman Bricken, and <br />unanimously (6:0) carried to delete the amount of the prize. <br /> <br />Councilmen Yamamoto and Ortiz stated that they were opposed <br />to-hiring an outside consultant for the project, an~ Coun- <br />cilman Brandt said that he would like to see the program <br />involve students at various levels.
