<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Housing Authority Commission <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br />July 25, 1978 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 78-2, A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SECTION 8 HOUSING ASSISTANCE <br />PAYMENTS PROGRAM ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT PART 1 FOR EXIST- <br />ING HOUSING PROGRAM INCLUDING PROJECT NUMBERS CA16-E093-001, CA16- <br />E093-004, CA16-E093-005 and CA16-E093-006, PROVIDING FOR THE IN- <br />CORPORATION OF SAID PART 1 INTO MASTER SECTION 8 ANNUAL CONTRIBU- <br />TIONS CONTRACT NO. SF-503 AND PROVIDING FOR THE DEPOSIT OF MONIES <br />PURSUANT TO A GENERAL DEPOSITARY AGREEMENT was adopted on the <br />unanimously carried motion 7:0 of Commissioner Bricken seconded <br />by Commissioner Ward. <br /> <br />The Secretary reported that the term of the agreements is for five <br />years; and that the budget for 1978-79 for the entire 613 unit <br />program is $1,837,008. <br /> <br />The annual report dated <br />July 17, 1978, prepared <br />by Peter A. Grams, which <br />reviewed the preceding <br />12 months accomplishments <br />of the existing housing <br />programs for the basic <br />Section 8 program that seeks to lease housing throughout the city <br />to low or moderate income fami1 ies or seniors, and the new construc- <br />tion project (Santa Ana Towers) was received and filed on the unani- <br />mously carried 7:0 motion of Commissioner Evans, seconded by <br />Commissioner Brandt. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />ANNUAL REPORT RECEIVED <br />AND FILED; ELECTION OF <br />OFFICERS <br /> <br />David Ortiz and Gordon Bricken were elected to serve as chairman <br />and Vice Chairman, respectively, for the ensuing year, on the <br />unanimously carried motion 7:0 of Commissioner Evans and seconded <br />by Commissioner Brandt. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT At 6: 20 P. M., the meet i ng <br />was adjourned on the <br />unanimously carried 7:0 motion of Commissioner Bricken, seconded by <br />Commissioner Brandt. <br /> <br /> <br />
