FACILITIES FOR HANDICAPPED After reviewing the <br />APPROVED FOR INSTALLATION report dated February 1, <br />REFERRAL 46-76 DELETED from the Director of <br /> Building Safety, Wen- <br />dell S. Bril, the Council received and filed the report, and <br />authorized Staff to proceed with the planned access and facili- <br />ties installations for the handicapped in City buildings, at <br />an estimated cost of $12,500, with funds from Council Contingency, <br />on the motion of Councilman Evans, seconded by Councilman <br />Bricken, and carried 5:1, with Councilman Ward dissenting. <br />Council Referral Item No. 46-76 was deleted from the Summary <br />by the previous motion. CA 77 <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR WAIVER OF On motion of Council- <br />VARIANCE FEE DENIED man Bricken, seconded <br />REFERRAL 4-77 - DELETED by Councilman Evans, <br /> and carried 6:0 <br />unanimously, the request made by Robert Campbell for waiver <br />of the required fee for a variance application at 2401 West <br />Marty Lane was denied, and Council Referral No. 4-77 was <br />deleted from the Summary. Street closure was received and <br />filed, on the unanimously approved 6:0 motion of Councilman <br />Evans, seconded by Councilman Bricken.
