(The public <br />hearing was subsequently set for April 26, 1977 at 5:00 P.M. ) <br /> CA 70 <br /> <br />APPLICATION FOR FUNDING The submission of an <br />SOUTHERN PACIFIC BIKE TRAIL application to Orange <br />RATIFIED County for second year <br /> funding of the Southern <br />Pacific Bike Trail between Bristol Street and Warner Avenue <br />for fiscal year 1977-78 (SB 821) by Staff on March 4, 1977 <br />was ratified on the unanimously approved 6:0 motion of Council- <br />man Ward, seconded by Councilman Bricken. CA 18.6 <br /> <br />USE OF TITLE II EDA FUNDS The $50,000 available <br />REPAIRS TO POLICE BUILDING under Title II of the <br />APPROVED Public Works-Employment <br /> Act of 1976 was auth- <br />orized for use to repair and modify the first floor of the <br />Police Department building (Project P-2), changing the scope <br />of the project from remodeling to repairs, as described in a <br />report dated April 12, 1977 prepared by Captain J. L. Dittman, <br />on the motion of Councilman Ward, seconded by Councilman <br />Yamamoto, and carried 6:0 unanimously.
