RESOLUTION NO. 77-113 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CETA PUBLIC SERVICE EMPLOYMENT COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ADOPTED SANTA ANA AMENDING RESOLU- TION NO. 74-162 TO REVISE THE TRANSITIONAL CLASSIFICATION AND PAY PLAN ESTABLISHED FOR THE EMPLOYMENT OF UNEMPLOYED SANTA ANA RESIDENTS UNDER THE COMPREHENSIVE EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING ACT OF 1973 (CETA) was adopted on the unanimously carried ?:0 motion of Councilman Ward, seconded by Councilman Brandt. Stanton, Mayor of Fountain Valley, trans- mitting a resolution adopted by the City of Fountain Valley opposing the policy of the Orange County Tax Assessor to release assessed valuation figures that are not finalized, was received and filed on the motion of Councilman Ortiz, seconded by Coun- cilman Garthe, and carried 7:0 unanimously. CA 65.1 DEANNEXATION REQUEST On the motion of Council- EDINGER EAST OF NEWPORT FREEWAY man Ward, seconded by REFERRED TO STAFF Councilman Garthe, and carried 7:0 unanimously, a letter dated September 23, 1977 from Mutual Liquid Gas and Equipment President, M. A. Moore, 1001 S.E. Edinger Avenue, Tustin, requesting detachment of a parcel of property located on Edinger, east of the Newport Freeway, was referred to Staff for report and recommendation. CA 92 REMOVAL OF PARKING On the recommendation of S. FAIRVIEW Traffic Engineer, Joe STAFF INSTRUCTED Foust, in his report dated September 20, 1977, and on the unanimously carried 7:0 motion of Councilman Ward, seconded by Councilman Yamamoto, Staff was directed to proceed with the process of re-striping South Fairview for six lanes and to eliminate the parking on both sides of the street, between Warner and the south City limits. CA 18 CITIZENS ADVISORY COMMITTEE On the unanimously POLICE FACILITY PLANNING carried 7:0 motion of COUNCILMAN BRANDT APPOINTED Councilman Bricken, seconded by Councilman Ward, Councilman David Brandt was appointed Chairman of the Citizens Advisory Committee for Police Facility Planning. AGENDA ORDER The Mayor's suggestion LOGAN AREA PROPOSALS to defer the consideration DEFERRED TO LATER IN MEETING of implementation of the Logan Area Proposals to the end of the afternoon Agenda received unanimous informal consent of the Council.
