Approval of a <br />one-year contract renewal for Carl Warren & Company for a maximum <br />aggregate fee of $30,00.0 for 1978-79, and with U.W.A.C.O. for <br />a charge of $3.28 per month per enrolled employee for 1978-79 <br />(approximately $19,500/yr), was given on the motion of Councilman <br />Brandt, seconded by Councilman Ward, carried 5:0 unanimously, and <br />authorization to renew for one year with Fred S. James & Company <br />for an annual fee of $37,500 was approved on the motion of Coun- <br />cilman Bricken, seconded by Councilman Garthe, carried 4:1, <br />with Councilman Brandt dissenting. <br /> <br />Karen Adams, Risk Manager, responded to questions concerning <br />the quality of service given by Fred S.
