Mr. Zimmerman announced that <br />the property owner is willing to annex to the City of Santa Aha, <br />and that it is not anticipated that Tustin will contest annexa- <br />tion to Santa Ana. The report indicated that 822 first <br />notices, 33 second notices and 239 citations have been issued <br />since February 16, 1978, with the cooperation of the Police <br />Department during evening hours and weekends since August, <br />and that the matter of illegally displayed vehicles and vessels <br />at various locations throughout the City has been effectively <br />curtailed.
