<br />by staff, to permit motorcycle speedway practice sessions for a period
<br />of no more than four weeks at a rental rate of $20 per hour for four-
<br />hour sessions, plus 25% of all front gate admissions with a minimum of
<br />$150 per session to the City, at the Santa Ana Stadium-Eddie West Field.
