There was one speaker in opposition who did not file his name and address <br />with the Clerk of the Council. <br /> <br />A question-and-answer period between Council and speakers followed. There <br />were no other speakers. The Mayor closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />MOTION was made by Bricken, seconded by Yamamoto, to approve and file <br />Negative Declaration and instruct City Attorney to prepare a resolution <br />granting Appeal No. 410, overruling the decision of the Planning Con~nission <br />and approving VA 79-29, and to refer the matter back to the Planning Com- <br />mission for review of architectural plans for structural compatibility <br />with area residences. <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br /> <br />BRICK~N, GRISET, LUXEMBOURGER, MARKEL, SERRATO, WARD, YAMAMOTO <br />NONE CA 13.3 <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING - APPEAL #411 As requested in the letter dated <br />MINOR EXCEPTION 79-25 October 15, 1979, from W.
