The Clerk of the Council reported there were no written communications. John A. Montevideo, 1200 North Main Street, Attorney for applicant, spoke in favor of the Appeal and Minor Exception. Following Council discussion, MOTION was made by Luxembourger, seconded by Serrato, to approve and file the Notice of Exemption; receive and file the petitions; and instruct the City Attorney to prepare a resolution granting Appeal No. 416, approving Minor Exception No. 80-15, and overruling the decision of the Zoning Administrator.
