A 2-acre parcel of the project site was rezoned to one dwelling unit per acre, resulting <br />in a reduction of 53 residential units. Additionally 2 live/work units were eliminated as result of <br />refinement of the site plan. The total amount of residential units proposed on the project site <br />would be 187 residential units. Because the overall number of units would be reduced, no <br />additional impacts to the environment would occur beyond what was analyzed in the DEIR under <br />the original project description.
