<br />City Place Focused Environmental Impact Report <br /> <br />Responses to Comments <br /> <br />The following replaces by reference the I" paragraph on page ES-l of the City Place EIR to <br />clarify the amended proj ect description. <br /> <br />The project proposes a mixed-use development with a total 57,700 square feet of commercial <br />uses, 72 live/work residential units, 113 town homes and 2 single-family dwellings. <br /> <br />ES.4 Description of the Proposed Project <br /> <br />The following replaces by reference the 4'h paragraph on page ES-l of the City Place EIR to <br />clarify the amended project description. <br /> <br />The proposed project is a mixed-use project. The project consists of 57,700 square feet of <br />commercial uses, consisting of 23,700 square feet ofrestaurant uses, 7,000 square feet of retail <br />uses, a 25,000 square foot market, 2,000 SQuare feet of retail or restaurant area and 72 live/work <br />residential units, 113 town homes and 2 single family dwellings. An internal loop road, Crescent <br />Road, through the project site would separate the commercial and residential components of the <br />project.
