Two, three and four bedroom units would be provided, ranging in size <br />fj-om 1,050 to 2,570 square feet. The town homes would be a maximum of36 feet high. A <br />combination of two car, tandem and one and two car split garages would be provided for these <br />town homes. <br /> <br />A total of2 single family dwellings are orooosed in the northeaster area of he oroject site. At this <br />time no soecific design bas been orooosed. <br /> <br />Section 2.2.2.2 Commercial Uses <br /> <br />The fol1owing replaces by reference the listing of commercial components of the project on page <br />2-6 of the City Place EIR to clarify the amended project description. <br /> <br />The commercial component of the proposed City Place project would be on the west part of the <br />project site, west and south of Crescent Road.
