Grand Avenue. <br /> <br />The Director of Planning and Development Services presented the staff report <br />and recommendations. <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council reported no written communications. <br /> <br />The following persons spoke in favor of the appeal: <br /> <br />Dwight Schroeder, 2332 N.
