The pile-driving equipment shall be enclosed on all sides with <br />an acoustical blanket barrier that provides a minimum sound <br />transmission class (STC) rating of 30. The height of the <br />blanketed enclosure shall be at least 20 feet tall. With the <br />exception of ingress/egress, there shall be no openings or <br />gaps in the enclosure and ingress/egress points are to remain <br />closed during pile driving activities. All noise-producing <br />equipment shall be located no closer than 6 feet from the <br />blanket barrier. <br /> <br />51. All stationary noise sources (e.g., generators and <br />compressors) and servicing of equipment shall be located as <br />far from external land uses as is feasible. <br /> <br />52. The name and contact number of a contact person shall be <br />posted on-site. <br /> <br />53. All elevators serving the residential component of the project <br />shall be equipped with card readers at the garage levels to <br />restrict unauthorized access into the residential towers. The <br />elevator lobbies shall be designed and constructed of material <br />that allows maximum visibility of the interior of the lobby <br />from the parking decks.
