<br />SOW 2.1.2.2.2 Criticality of target site to Urban Area (UA). <br />This factor assesses the usefulness of the <br />asset to the local population, economy, <br />government, etc., and importance to the <br />continuity of the Urban Area (UA). <br /> <br />SOW 2.1.2.2.3 Impact outside of the Urban Area (UA). <br />Determine the impact of loss of this potential <br />target and the impact it would have outside of <br />the Urban Area (UA). <br /> <br />SOW 2.1.2.2.4 PTE access to target. This factor indicates <br />the accessibility of the target for ingress and <br />egress by a PTE. <br /> <br />SOW 2.1.2.2.5 Potential target threat of hazard. This factor <br />assesses the presence of legal WMD material <br />(CBRNE) in quantities that could be the target <br />of a terrorist attack or complicate the response <br />to an incident at that facility <br /> <br />SOW 2.1.2.2.6 Potential target site population capacity. <br />This factor assesses the maximum number of <br />individuals at a site at any given time. <br /> <br />SOW 2.1.2.2.7 Potential collateral mass casualties. This <br />factor assesses potential collateral mass <br />casualties within a five-mile radius of the target <br />site. <br /> <br />SOW 2.1.2.2 Site-specific Vulnerability Assessment <br /> <br />When developing the site-specific vulnerability assessment <br />the consultant will document the following; <br /> <br />SOW 2.1.2.2.1 <br /> <br />SOW 2.1.2.2.2 <br /> <br />SOW 2.1.2.2.3 <br /> <br />level of visibility.
