These <br />reported assets should supplement desired <br />equipment. <br /> <br />2.3.3.3.7 Determine a priority for procurement regarding a <br />specific discipline <br /> <br />2.3.3.4 Identify the gap desired to be filled for each discipline <br /> <br />2.3.3.5 Develop broad Urban Areas (UA) Technology Requirements <br />for enhanced data analysis, data fusion, and data and <br />information sharing. <br /> <br />2.3.3.6 Identify Urban Areas (UA) interoperable communication <br />equipment and software requirements. <br /> <br />2.3.3.7 Identify Urban Areas (UA) technology requirements for data <br />analysis, data fusion, and data and information sharing in light <br />of existing capabilities and on-going projects. <br /> <br />2.3.3.8 Identify Urban Areas (UA) interoperable communications <br />technology requirements for radio and data interoperability in <br />light of existing capabilities and on-going projects. <br /> <br />2.3.3.9 Bidder should consider, but not be limited by, the Urban Areas <br />(UA) list of potential targets developed during the Vulnerability <br />Assessment conducted in the recent past. From the <br />information collected, and that developed by Bidder, identify <br />the capability responders most urgently need. The following <br />are examples of capabilities that may be needed: <br /> <br />. The capability to quickly, and from a safe distance, detect <br />explosives contained within vehicles prior to entering a <br />tunnel or other passage way leading to a critical <br />infrastructure. <br /> <br />. The capability to perform real-time detection, <br />identification, and measurement of all biological agents. <br /> <br />2.3.4 TRAINING <br /> <br />2.3.4.1 Identify those emergency personnel who are currently trained <br />to appropriate levels in order to respond to a WMD/CBRNE <br />terrorism incident, recognize the use of a possible <br />WMD/CBRNE, and take appropriate action. <br /> <br />2.3.4.2 Identify those emergency personnel who need training at <br />appropriate WMD/CBRNE training levels in order to increase <br />capabilities to perform specific tasks required during a <br />WMD/CBRNE terrorism incident. <br /> <br />Page 46 of 51 <br />
