Santa Ana Bridge Rehabilitation and Bike Trail Structure 12/27/2004 <br />The WKA Team will conduct post design services (PDS) during the construction of the <br />structures. <br />The post design services include the following activities: <br />1. Attend pre -construction meeting <br />2. Respond to Request for Information (RFI) generated by the Construction <br />Manager <br />3. Review shop drawings as required by the engineer -of -record per Caltrans <br />Standard Specification. <br />4. Produce As -Built plans <br />WKA will provide other PDS at the request of the City or the Construction Manager. The <br />services will be provided on an hour and material basis as agreed by the City of Santa <br />Ana. <br />Exclusions <br />The following items are no included as part of this scope and fee: <br />1. Utility coordination <br />2. RR Coordination <br />3. Geotechnical report for Flower Street over Santiago Creek <br />4. Geotechnical Field Investigation & Laboratory Testing at all four locations. <br />5. Topographic surveys and surveys for centerline tie at all four locations. <br />6. Roadway survey on McFadden <br />7. The Bike Trail structure is assumed to be the cantilever slab alternative, thus <br />hydraulic analysis of the Santa Ana -Delhi Channel is not required. <br />8. CEQA & NEPA documents for Flower Street Bridge Rehabilitation <br />
