Jeff Mills, PE <br />Civil Engineer— Street Improvements <br />stabilizing the recently graded slope and mitigating the failure of <br />-several drainage facilities. All work was performed to Caltrans <br />standards. <br />• State Route 14 - Storm Damage Repair. Design Engineer <br />responsible for the Project Report (PR), plans, specifications, and <br />cost estimate (PS&E). The project involved the repair of two <br />drainage culverts damaged by the debris and runoff that occurred <br />during the "El Nino" winter of 1997-98. The solution included the <br />construction of a desilting basin, the installation of rock slope <br />protection, and the reconstruction of headwalls. All work was <br />performed to Caltrans standards. <br />• I-15 / Yuma Drive Interchange, Norco, California. Design <br />Engineer responsible for retaining wall design, plan production, and <br />cost estimate. The project encompassed the design of an <br />interchange, four miles of auxiliary lanes, widening of three <br />undercrossing structures, and improvements to the local circulating <br />systems. <br />• Southwest Division Naval Facilities Engineering Command <br />(SWDIVNAVFACENGCOM), California. Design Engineer <br />responsible for plans, specifications, and estimate for the <br />improvements to military facilities at various locations.
