<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MacArthur Place South Findings and Facts in Support of Findings <br />Environmental Impact Report <br /> <br />effects of the project would have no significant adverse or no adverse impact on the <br />environment. <br /> <br />4.3.1 Agriculture <br /> <br />Based on the analysis summarized in Section 2.7 in the EIR, the MacArthur Place South project <br />site is developed with urbanized land uses and void of any agriculture resources. Therefore, the <br />MacArthur Place South project would not result in adverse impacts related to agriculture <br />resources. No mitigation is required. <br /> <br />4.3.2 Air Quality <br /> <br />Based on the analysis summarized in Section 2.7 in the EIR, the construction process for the <br />project could produce objectionable odors, but the effects would be short-term and would affect <br />a small amount of persons. Therefore, the MacArthur Place South project would not result in <br />significant adverse impacts related to odors. No mitigation is required. <br /> <br />4.3.3 Cultural Resources <br /> <br />Based on the analysis summarized in Section 2.7 in the EIR, there are no historical, archeological <br />or paleontological resources on the project site. Therefore, the MacArthur Place South project <br />would not result in significant adverse impacts related to currently known and recorded historic, <br />prehistoric and archeological resources. No mitigation is required. <br /> <br />4.3.5 Hydrology and Water Quality <br /> <br />Based on the analysis summarized in Section 2.7 in the EIR, the project would not interfere with <br />groundwater recharge because the project area is not located in an area that is known to recharge <br />the groundwater system, additionally, the project site is not located within a IOO-year flood plain. <br />Therefore, the MacArthur Place South project would not result significant adverse impacts to <br />underground water supplies and flooding. No mitigation is required. <br /> <br />4.3.6 Transportation and Circulation <br /> <br />Based on the analysis summarized in Section 2.7 in the EIR, the proposed project will not result <br />in significant adverse impacts related to traffic safety hazards, emergency access constraints or <br />be in conflict with adopted policies supporting alternative modes of transportation patterns. No <br />mitigation is required. <br /> <br />4.3.7 Land Use <br /> <br />Based on the analysis summarized in Section 2.7 and analyzed in Section 5.7 of the EIR, the <br />proposed project would be consistent with the General Plan, with approval of the zone change <br />the project would not be in conflict with the zoning ordinance. Additionally, the project would <br />not result in significant adverse impacts related to division of an established community or <br />impacts to any habitat conservation plan.
