7.2 At Customer's request, Seller shall provide continuous effort to repair a reported problem <br />beyond the PPM. Provided Customer gives Seller access to the Equipment before the end of the <br />PPM, Seller shall extend a two (2) hour grace period beyond PPM at no charge.
