City of Santa Ana Exhibit C -3 Statement of Work <br />b. Instruct training participants on the configuration options for system functionality. <br />c. Provide training on the development of status windows and monitors for the <br />AWW (Advanced Workstation for Windows) software application. <br />1.13.2 Customer Responsibilities <br />a. Provide a training environment, in accordance with the Training Plan. <br />b. Assign appropriate personnel, to include the CAD system administrator and other <br />participants of the CAD Pre - Configuration Workshop, to attend the CAD <br />Configuration training course. <br />c. Complete the entry of all data in the CAD database tables prior to the Train the <br />Trainer course. <br />1.13.3 Completion Criteria <br />This task is considered complete when Motorola has provided the described training to <br />Customer personnel. <br />1.14 Deliver Documentation <br />The objective of this task is to deliver the standard documentation to include training <br />guides, reference guides, configuration guides, system administration manuals, related <br />standard documentation, and interfaces. <br />1.14.1 Motorola Responsibilities <br />a. Deliver standard guides, manuals, and related documents. <br />1.14.2 Customer Responsibilities <br />a.
