<br />shooting problems according to the proposal submitted and III accordance with these <br />specifications. <br /> <br />2.02.02 List of ATMS Equipment Locations <br /> <br />See Appendix "B" for CCTV, CMS, and HAR location listing. <br /> <br />2.02.03 Additions to System <br /> <br />The Contractor shall maintain additional ATMS equipment and appurtenant devices as they are <br />installed, or become a part of the maintenance requirements of the City, at the same unit price. <br />In the event that notification is made of a new installation at other than the beginning of a <br />monthly period, the unit cost of routine maintenance will be prorated from the day the Contractor <br />is notified. <br /> <br />2.02.04 Service Personnel <br /> <br />The Contractor shall provide qualified service personnel to maintain and to service all ATMS <br />equipment described in Section 3. Personnel shall have at least a year of experience maintaining <br />and trouble shooting ATMS equipment. ' <br /> <br />The Contractor shall include the ATMS maintenance personnel's qualifications in the bid. The <br />City will notifY the Contractor in the City's sole opinion, personnel proposed for any ATMS <br />maintenance are not qualified to work on these systems. Within thirty (30) days after City makes <br />the determination the Contractor shall hire qualified Sub-Contractor(s) specialized in ATMS <br />equipment troubleshooting and repair to handle both routine and extraordinary maintenance <br />without any additional compensation from the City. <br /> <br />2.02.05 Equipment <br /> <br />The Contractor shall provide a liftlboom truck with a minimum of 50-foot reach capability to <br />access cameras, pan/tilt units and changeable message signs for routine maintenance. <br /> <br />The Contractor shall equip the ATMS Maintenance Technician with a laptop/portable computer <br />loaded with CCTV, CMS and AutoScope 2004 manufacturer's diagnostic and programming <br />software, a portable video monitor with video input and other accessory equipment to do both <br />routine maintenance and extraordinary maintenance. The Contractor shall submit a list of <br />equipment that will be used for trouble shooting and maintaining the ATMS equipment to the <br />City within 30 calendar days after the contract has been awarded. <br /> <br />2.02.06 Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) <br /> <br />A General <br /> <br />The camera & environmental housing are manufactured by Cohu Inc. 5755 Kearney Villa Road, <br />San Diego, CA 92186-5623, Tel 619-277-6700. Many cameras are located on top of 45-foot <br />poles at signalized intersections. The pan/tilt units are manufactured by Pelco Industries. A <br />Cohu camera control receiver, except where there is i-dome camera, an Optelecom VideolData <br />Fiber Optic Transmitter, an Enerdyne T1 Video/Data Encoder, or Comet Tl Video/Data Encoder <br />is inside of a type 334 cabinet at each CCTV site. <br /> <br />S. Routine Maintenance <br /> <br />Routine maintenance at each CCTV sites shall be conducted once every three months.
