Psomas <br />is working closely with City staff to develop a Draft and Final WSA. The <br />assessment identifies the water supply and the demand and reliability to the City, <br />now and into the future, including a sufficient water supply for The Platinum <br />Triangle, which encompasses 820 gross acres and proposes to allow up to 9,500 <br />dwelling units, a large amount of commercial uses, industrial, and institutional <br />development. <br /> <br />Sage Community Water Supply Report for Sunset Crossroads Development, <br />Banning, CA: Environmental Analyst for rep0l1 to confinn adequate water <br />supplies for Sunset Crossroads, a proposed planned community consisting of an <br />approximate 248-acre residential parcel and an approximate 45-acre commercial <br />parcel in the north/central portion of the County of Riverside. Assisted with this <br />effort by preparing a comprehensive water supply report to identify the specified <br />proposed new development and the City of Banning's current and future sources <br />of water supply. <br /> <br />Urban Water Management Plan, City of Tustin, CA: Assisting in the <br />Preparation of the City's 2000 Urban Water Management Plan Update to <br />ensure compliance with State requirements and to be eligible for grant funding. <br />Preparation includes data and information collection, analysis of water sources, <br />supply and demand, coordination with water suppliers and regional programs, <br />and preparation of draft and final plans. <br /> <br />Water Supply Assessment, Rothbart Development Corporation, Los Angeles, <br />CA: Assisted in the development of a WSA, in accordance with the requirements <br />of SB 610, for a 60-acre 650,000 square foot conunercial development. <br />Rothbart Development proposed The HomeStretch at Hollywood Park in the <br />City of Inglewood, and prepared a Draft EIR. The City is the water sC;'j);;cr for <br />the project and lead agency for the project EIR.
