Experience

\/v'th P,om3.S fc,:" over fOG!' years:
with other firms for three years

Mr, Watanabe has over four years of planning, design, and utility system study
and analysis experience, His emphasis has been in master planning, hydraulic
system modeling, drafting, and design of plans including pipeline and pump
station projects, From the projects Mr. Watanabe has completed, he has acquired
experience in ArcGIS, ArcView GIS, AutoCAD, Softdesk, Land Desktop,
SewerCAD, H20MAP Sewer GIS, H20NET, Hydra, Flow Master, MicroStation,
and others, Mr, Watanabe has also written computer-programming tools to aid in
pipeline analysis and design,

Relevant Project Experience

Water and Sewer Master Plan, Santiago County \Vater District, CA: Project
involved the overall system hydraulic analysis and preliminary design. This
included the modeling of both sewer and water systems, sizing and locating water
pump stations and sewer lift stations, locating new reservoir sites to meet future
demands and to increase the District's overall storage, and phased both water
demands and sewer generation annually to their ultimate build out.
Combined East Area Master Plan of Sanitary Sewers, Anaheim, CA:
Identified sewer collection system deficiencies within the eastem 14,000-acre
portion of the City of Anaheim, The systems hydraulic analysis consisted of a
4,000-pipe computer modcl, field flow monitoring, and the population of a GIS
database using sewer maps and as-built drawings.
Azusa Pacific University \Vater and Sewer Master Plan, Azusa, CA:
Performed a hydraulic analysis on both the campus sewer collection and
domestic water distribution systems using computer-modeling software, The
effects on the existing systems were detennined using a specific plan land
use layout. These identified system deficiencies and helped develop a capital
improvement program (CIP),
Water Supply Assessment, Santiago County Water District, CA: Under
SB 221 and SB 610, a water supply assessment was required to complete the
Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for a new development. Water demands were
projected and preliminary designs for a delivery system was completed showing
the feasibility of the plan,
City of San Bernardiuo Sewer Master Plan, San Bernardino, CA: The project
required the creation of an intelligent, inclusive GIS representation of the City's
sewer manholes, sewer pipelines, and current and future land uses, The City's
system was incorporated into a digital hydraulic model and analyzed, Produced
the master plan document and sewer system capital improvement program (CIP),
San Bernardino Revitalization Plan-Vision 2020, San Bernardino, CA:
Provided GIS maps for the project's current and proposed land uses, Using
the GIS information, additional GIS maps were created to analyze the existing
water system to determine deficient and/or conflicting pipelines, A report was
generated, based upon the results,
