( ) Specific economic, legal, social, technological, or other considerations, including <br />provision of employment opportunities for highly trained workers, make infeasible the <br />mitigation measures or project alternatives identified in the Final EIRIEA (Subd. [a][3].) <br /> <br />Rationale: Implementation of these mitigation measures will reduce noise impacts to levels less <br />than significant by ensuring minimization of short-term construction-related noise and <br />implementation of a noise wall barrier at Site 3. No further mitigation is required. <br /> <br />Reference: The discussion on setting, impacts, and mitigation related to Noise are included in <br />Section of the FEIR/EA prepared for the Alton Avenue Overcrossing at SR-55. <br /> <br />7.6 BIOLOGICAL RESOURCES <br /> <br />Potentially Significant Effects <br /> <br />Permanent Impacts - None <br /> <br />Temporary Impacts (Construction) <br /> <br />. Construction activities associated with the Preferred Alternative may promote the spread of <br />invasive plant species.
