Adopt a resolution approving Street Name No. 2005-01. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br /> <br />Request of Applicant <br /> <br />Shea Homes is requesting approval of Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. <br />2005-05 (County Map No. 16905) to subdivide the subject property and <br />construct 36 single-family residences. In addition, Shea Homes is <br />requesting approval of an amendment application to change the zoning <br />designation of the proj ect site from Single Family Residence (Rl) to <br />Specific Development Plan No. 77 (SD-77), approval of the site plan <br />review pursuant to the requirements of the SD, and approval of the <br />street names for the project. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br />75C-3 <br />
