The <br />project will also include seven non-residential lots that are designated <br />as open space or a secondary access road. Lots A and B will be <br />landscaped and located on each side of the primary resident and visitor <br />entrance to the proj ect. To enhance the entrance, a decorative stone <br />fence and pavement is proposed. Lots C, E and F will be landscaped and <br />provide passive recreational opportunities for the community. The total <br />open space area for passive recreational use will be 11,046 square feet <br />(Exhibi t 6). <br /> <br />Lot D provides secondary access to the development for residents, <br />emergency and service vehicles. The secondary access road will be <br />ungated and have landscaped planters on both sides of the paved road <br />bed. Lot G will be a l5-foot wide strip located between the existing <br />CalTrans sound wall and a proposed 20-foot high sound wall to be <br />constructed to mitigate freeway noise impacts.
