<br />Students can bring outstanding warrants for misdemeanor offenses to be heard by Judge <br />Lindley. <br /> <br />Key staff for this proposal inclndes the following: <br /> <br />Sister Eileen McNerney (.10), founder and Executive Director ofTSJ. Sr. Eileen has been a <br />Sister of St. Joseph of Orange for over forty years. She received her M.A. in Educational <br />Administration and a M.S. in Counseling Psychology. She is on the Board of Trustees for St. <br />Joseph's Hospital and is a member of the WIB Youth Council. <br /> <br />Sister Mary Rogers (.20), Associate Director. Sister Mary has been a Sister of St. Joseph of <br />Orange over for 40 years. She received her B.A. at Loyola Marymount. She holds a <br />California Life Standard Elementary Teaching Credential and a Supplementary Authorization <br />Teaching Credential for High School Computer Instruction. <br /> <br />Shawna Smith (.50), Program Director. Shawn a has worked at TSJ for seven years assisting in <br />the development of numerous projects including Taller Tech. She received her B.A. from Santa <br />Clara University and spent a year working with the Jesuit Volunteer Corps in Orange County. <br /> <br />Sister Christine Ray (.50), Operations Coordinator. Sr. Chris worked as an administrative <br />assistant for the woodshop for two years. She received her B.A. in Liberal Arts from Loyola <br />Marymount. She has been a Sister of St. Joseph of Orange for over twenty years and worked as <br />a chaplain for St. Joseph's Hospital for ten years prior to coming to TSJ. <br /> <br />Daniel Suarez (.50), Construction Training Coordinator. Dan completed his apprenticeship <br />training and achieved journeyman status with the Carpenters Union after serving in the Army <br />during Vietnam. Dan has been a licensed general contractor since 1976. Before coming to Taller <br />San Jose, Dan received certification in Auto CAD design from MTI College. <br /> <br />Perdo Sarinana (.50), Construction Instructor. Pedro is a graduate of the Taller Tech program <br />and has worked in the construction industry for three years. He is currently attending Orange <br />Coast Community College. <br /> <br />Sergio Ortega (.50), Job Developer. Sergio was born in Mexico and immigrated with his family <br />to the United States at a young age. He has extensive experience in marketing, and over the <br />past several years, has provided job development services at Goodwill Industries and the City <br />of Garden Grove. <br /> <br />Arturo Guen'ero (.25), Case Manager. Art works closely with students with criminal and/or <br />drug and alcohol issues. He received his B.A. in Psychology from Pepperdine University. <br />Before coming to TSJ, Art worked for over twenty years as a federal probation officer. <br /> <br />Keavin Milburn (.50), Program Director for CareerTech. Keavin received his M.B.A. with <br />emphasis in Technology Management and a B.S. in Business Information Systems. He has been <br />an adjunct professor with the University of Phoenix for 4 years and has over 18 years experience <br />in InfoID1ation Teclmology. <br /> <br />9 <br />
