7. Works through management to ensure departmental objectives are met, including the <br />the full compliance of the proposal offered to The Depot. <br />8. Oversees day - today operations with a physical presence on site. <br />9. Maintains the corporate, insurance, and administrative records of the company. <br />10. Ensures that financial obligations are met and that the company maintains fiscal <br />responsibility and a low debt ratio. <br />General Manager Bill Gray / A White and Yellow Cab Inc. / Duties <br />1. Liaison with The Depot and Carolyn Fullerton <br />2. Meets with the President, Fleet Manager, and Accounting Manager to assure <br />departmental objectives are communicated, initiated, and completed. <br />3. Coordinates with all managers and drivers to ensure best possible service to the pub <br />lie. Executes and completes The Depot driver training and certification program. <br />4. Ensures execution of The Depot contract and site agreement. Communicates require <br />ments as set forth and offered in the RFP response. <br />5. Oversees and coordinates with various managers to ensure company standards in <br />operations, drivers, vehicles, and service excellence are met. <br />6. Will coordinate the integration of The Depot to A White and Yellow Cab Inc. to be <br />on time and at the level of performance required. <br />7. Public relations duties to include customer complaint resolution or addressing <br />customer concerns. <br />8. Conducts driver disciplinary hearings and investigations. <br />9. Inspects site 5 days a week to ensure supervisory drivers and drivers are performing <br />to meet standards of the RFP. Ensures quality as specified. <br />10. Utilizes quality control measures and inspections on a daily basis to assure quality <br />control of service and invoicing. <br />
