11. Ensures that taxi service, both peak and off peak hours, is provided to The Depot <br />with the appropriate quantity of vehicles. <br />12. Ensures that each primary and backup driver for The Depot is issued and maintains <br />a City of Santa Ana business tax sticker. <br />13. Hand picks drivers under guidelines presented in this proposal for The Depot <br />14. Will assure on time payment of license and site fee to City of Santa Ana. <br />Fleet and Training Manager LM Strong / A White and Yellow Cab Inc / Duties <br />Works with the President and General Manager to ensure the operation of a safe and <br />professional fleet. <br />2. Ensures vehicle OCTAP compliance and CUP inspections. <br />3. Effects the preventive maintenance and repair program to ensure operational safety. <br />4. Ensures that vehicle registration and insurance are valid <br />5. Physically inspects each vehicle on a weekly, quarterly, and yearly basis for mainte <br />nance and safety. <br />6. Coordinates with other management and the president to ensure compliance with any <br />and all vehicle regulations or laws. <br />7. Assists with driver supervison and inspections as required by other managment. <br />8. Investigates accidents and acts as liasion with insurance companies. <br />9. Maintains and implements Driver Academy training and assists drivers in complying <br />with OCTAP requirements. Conducts preemployment investigations and hires as <br />needed in accordance with company guidelines. <br />10. Manages major accounts. <br />
