Accounting Manager Jim Carlson / A White and Yellow Cab Inc. / Duties <br />Works with the President and General Manager to ensure the financial integrity of <br />the corporation. <br />2. Maintains accounts receivable and payable. Collects money from lease drivers. <br />3. Oversees business bank accounts, payroll, and other credit mechanisms. <br />4. Performs financial duties as directed by the President in consultation with the CPA. <br />5. Serves as the Random and Pre Employment Drug and Alcohol program supervisor and <br />administrator. <br />VIII. Day to Day Operations <br />A White and Yellow Cab Inc. is the third largest taxi fleet operating in Orange County today. <br />We are proud to field approximately 125 taxi cabs serving throughout Orange County. Our <br />growth has been steady and controlled. We are large enough to provide superior service <br />throughout Orange County, yet small enough to maintain personalized relationships among <br />our professional driver corps and clients. <br />Our commitment to The Depot will be unwavering. We have the means and abilities to <br />present a detailed approach to service at The Depot, which we feel is unmatched - even <br />against a larger competitor. <br />Key management will be most responsive to The Depot. The President will personally <br />inspect the facilities on a weekly basis. The General Manager will conduct spot inspections <br />on a daily basis. A White and Yellow Cab Inc. will provide a driver supervisor for each <br />"shift" to be on site and in service on a daily basis. The driver supervisor will be a senior <br />driver authorized by the President to represent the company as a manager. The driver super- <br />visor provides hands on supervision to each driver assigned to The Depot, on a regular basis. <br />1. Driver Supervisors <br />Driver supervisors are responsible for ensuring the compliance of drivers in regards to <br />uniforms and vehicle cleanliness. Driver supervisors are also responsible for maintaining <br />integrity of the " T " decal system to ensure only certified and trained drivers service The <br />Depot. Also a key responsibility is the assisting of the city through policing of the taxi stand <br />area for debris or trash. Driver supervisors are also responsible to test operation of the taxi <br />courtesy phone system on a daily basis. They will also be responsible for cleaning the <br />phones with a anti - bacterial cloth and signage on a daily basis. They report directly to the <br />
