2. Driving or riding as a passenger in an A Taxi Cab vehicle or in a non -A Tani <br />Cab vehicle on behalf of A Taxi Cab and/or pursuant to his/her duties. <br />3. Acting within the scope and course of his or her employment or lease <br />agreement at A Taxi Cab whether on or off work premises, at any time. "Drug" is <br />any chemical substance that produces physical, mental, emotional or behavioral <br />changes in the user; and includes alcoholic beverages, inhalants, illegal drugs and <br />prescription drugs. <br />"Drugs" is any chemical substances that produces physical, mental, emotional or behavioral <br />changes in the user, and includes alcoholic beverages, inhalants, illegal drugs and prescription <br />drugs. <br />"Illegal Drug" includes any drug which meets one or more of the following criteria: <br />The use, possession, sale, or transfer, attempted sale or transfer; manufacture, <br />or storage of the drug is illegal under any federal, state, or local law or <br />regulation. <br />The drug is legally obtainable by prescription but, was not legally obtained <br />by the employee using it; or <br />3. The drug is being used in a manner or for a purpose other than as prescribed. <br />"Employee" means any person who performs services for A Taxi Cab for compensation, <br />either casual, temporary, full or part time and includes employees of subcontractors while <br />performing services for A Taxi Cab. <br />"Leasee" means any person who performs services for A Taxi Cab while under lease <br />agreement to drive for the company. <br />"Company Premises" are all Company properly, whether ]eased or owned, including but not <br />limited to building, vehicles, lockers, desks or parking lots. <br />A violation by the employee or leasee of any of the provision of this Substance Abuse Policy <br />may result in disciplinary measures against the employee or leasee which may include <br />immediate termination of employment or lease agreement. <br />Any employee or leasee convicted on a charge of illegal possession, use, distribution, <br />purchase or sale of any drug, where the illegal conduct occurred an A Taxi Cab premises or <br />while the employee was conducting A Taxi Cab business, must report such conviction to the <br />A Taxi Cab Human Resource Manager within five (S) days of the conviction. Any employee <br />or leasee so convicted may be subject to immediate termination of employment or lease <br />agreement. <br />Testing Lor Drug and Alcohol <br />
