Mr Trop was previously self employed for nearly two decades as a CPA providing account- <br />ing services to a diversified client base. Bookkeeping, accounting services, and tax return <br />preparation for corporations were part of his specialty. <br />Primary duties have recently been as an advisor to Mr Hossein, for nearly a decade, in the <br />fiscal control of his business. An outside agency prepares our audited financials - Mr. Trop <br />does not. <br />Silent Investor and Advisory Board Member -Dan Troy <br />Mr Dan Trop, (unrelated to Bill Trop) serves as a shareholder in A White and Yellow Cab <br />Inc. He has an Accounting Degree from Green Mountain College, New York. Mr. Trop <br />also served in the US Navy during 1942 -1945 and is a veteran of WW II. Mr. Trop is an <br />entrepreneur who has had several businesses related to fleet transportation and eventually <br />retired after selling his primary businesses. He has over 40 years of self employed experi- <br />ence and is a self made millionaire ( the hard way ). Mr. Trop serves as Mr. Nabati's closest <br />primary advisor. Mr. Trop recently turned 87 years of age and moves like he is 40! <br />Bill Gray - General Manager <br />Bill Gray started with A White and Yellow Cab Inc. in 1993 and has worked his way to <br />become General Manager of the company. His broad based education in Business Adminis- <br />tration, general education, and Criminal Justice includes Goldenwest College, Santa Ana <br />College, and Coastline College. Certifications include Public Safety dispatcher training, <br />various Reserve Police Officer courses, and certification as a crisis counselor through the <br />Victim Witness program. <br />Previous to the transportation business, he worked as a District Safety Officer for Santa Ana <br />College for over three years. Volunteer experience included over three years as a Santa Ana <br />Police Explorer and O.C. Sheriffs Dept, Explorer. <br />Bill Gray started in 1993 with A White and Yellow Cab Inc. as a dispatcher and worked his <br />way through progressively responsible positions. He has been a dispatch supervisor, public <br />relations manager, Digital Dispatch Systems Manager, JWA operations manager, Anaheim <br />Franchise manager, Santa Monica operations manager and finally, in 2000, General Manager <br />of White and Yellow Cab Inc. <br />Key experience that carrys over to The Depot contract include the fact that he is the key <br />implementer of the company. Mr. Gray set up the Digital Dispatch System zones and <br />programming for the entire County of Orange after purchase of that system in 2000. He has <br />been responsible for the acquisition and maintenance of key accounts for over 10 years. As <br />Operations Manager for JWA he was responsible for day -to-day operations of the taxi stand <br />there and for resolution of complaints. <br />
