<br />Exhibit A: Statement of Work <br /> <br />"'" <br /> <br />codes, vehicle configuration, etc.), to configure the available parameters to meet Santa Ana's operational <br />needs of the CAD system (fire run cards, traffic stops, call stacking options, etc.), and to develop status <br />windows for display of desired incident and unit information (pending call queues, active unit display, etc.). <br /> <br />Responsibilities: <br /> <br />Positron shall: <br /> <br />a. Tailor and unit test proposed application software that has been designated for installation and in <br />accordance with the RFP and the Change Lisllnstruct Santa Ana personnel, including the CAD <br />system administrator, on completing the entry of data in the CAD database tables. <br /> <br />b. Instruct training participants on the configuration options for system functionality. <br /> <br />c. Provide phone support for participants of the class after training has been completed. <br /> <br />d. Upon notification by Santa Ana that all configuration has been completed, the assigned Positron <br />engineer shall spot-check select parameters and databases for accuracy and completeness. <br /> <br />Santa Ana shall: <br /> <br />a. Assign appropriate personnel, to include the CAD system administrator and other participants of <br />the CAD Pre-Configuration Workshop, to attend the CAD Configuration training course. <br /> <br />b. Complete the entry of all data in the CAD database tables prior to the Train the Trainer course. <br /> <br />Completion Criteria: <br /> <br />This task is considered complete when Positron has provided the described training to Santa Ana <br />personnel. <br /> <br />'-: <br /> <br />Task 6: <br /> <br />CAD Subsystem Interfaces <br /> <br />ObJective: <br /> <br />Develop, install and test all CAD Subsystem Interfaces. <br /> <br />Task Description: <br /> <br />Once the equipment and software have been installed on Santa Ana's premises, all remaining local and <br />remote interfaces as specified in the list of deliverables in the contract documents will be developed, <br />installed and tested. <br /> <br />Responsibilities: <br /> <br />Positron shall: <br /> <br />a. Design, develop, transfer, install, tailor and unit test all software required for the following CAD <br />subsystem interfaces resulting In their operating in accordance with the Functional System <br />Description, Change List and Interface Control Documents: <br /> <br />. CAD - Telephony Devices (supplied by Positron under separate agreement) <br />. CAD - Telephone Device for the Deaf (TOO) <br />. CAD - Police RMS <br />. CAD - CLETS/Orange County/NCIC/NLETS (bidirectional) via Datamaxx <br />. CAD - Mobile Software [(Mobile client, RMS client), (bidirectional)] <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />Identify all required information on record layouts and documents necessary to establish interfaces <br />with all local and remote systems and facilities sixty (60) days prior to installation (failure to identify <br />interface requirements sixty (60) days prior to installation will trigger a contractor-caused delay). <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br /> <br />12 <br />
