<br />AA-High Concentration of WIA Eligible <br />Youth Grant - WIA Fifteen Percent <br />Special Funding <br />January 17, 2006 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />for both In-School and Out-of-School youth who are Santa Ana residents <br />between the ages of 16 and 21 and are in the foster care system or have <br />been emancipated.
