details for non-standard improvements. The plan will include standard notes as required by
the approving agency. Earthwork calculations will be prepared to estimate the cut, fill and
import or export quantities.
Drainage Report (Hydrology/Hydraulics) — We anticipate that even for a small sites that the
agency will require at least an abbreviated drainage report. We will perform a hydrology
study of the site for pre- and post -construction conditions. Based on the finding of our
report, storm drain systems will be sized and connections to existing agency storm drains will
be recommended as necessary. Hydraulic calculations will be prepared to justify the storm
drain design.
Water Quality Management Plan (WQMP) — Per agency requirements, we will prepare a
WQMP. The WQMP will discuss the potential for contaminates entering the downstream local
drainage system and mitigation measures to minimize contaminates leaving the site.
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) — As necessary, we will prepare a SWPPP to
cover the anticipated construction activities for the site. The SWPPP will discuss the potential
for sediment leaving the site and the mitigation measures required to reduce or eliminate this
from occurring. The appropriate BMPs will be included along with a monitoring program
during the course of construction. An erosion control plan will be developed and included
within the SWPPP.
Prepare Technical Specification Outline
• Site Component Specification
• Building Component Specification
• Fueling Station Specification
• Miscellaneous Equipment Specification
Prepare and Publish Final Design Development Package
Present Final Schematic Design Exhibits during Public Participation Workshop
Prepare Preliminary Cost — Order of Magnitude
Update Construction Schedule
3
D
Prepare Building Design Development Drawings
Floor Plans
•
Reflected Ceiling Plans
Exterior Elevations
•
Interior Elevations
Building Sections
•
Roof Plans
Foundation Plans
•
Structural Framing Plans
HVAC System Layout Plan
•
Equipment Schedules
Plumbing System Layout Plan
•
Electrical Layout Plan
Establish Sustainable Practices to Achieve LEED Design Principles
Focus on Site, Building Materials, and Orientation
•
Explore Energy Efficient Lighting Options
Prepare Technical Specification Outline
• Site Component Specification
• Building Component Specification
• Fueling Station Specification
• Miscellaneous Equipment Specification
Prepare and Publish Final Design Development Package
Present Final Schematic Design Exhibits during Public Participation Workshop
Prepare Preliminary Cost — Order of Magnitude
Update Construction Schedule
3
D
