The governance structure will include an executive steering
committee and a user committee, for which Cit Com will identify the roles and
responsibilities.
Deliverables include:
- Project Management Plan
- Microsoft Project Timeline
- Governance Structure Documentation

PHASE II - ASSESSMENT OF EXISTING TECHNOLOGY
ENVIRONMENT
Identifying Current Technology Initiatives
Cit Com will identify all current information technology projects that the Fire
Department is undertaking.
