0 <br />4. All plans will be ink on mylar drawings using the Microstation Cadd <br />program. All drawings shall be completed per the attached City of Santa <br />Ana Cadd Standards (Attachment "E"). A copy of the final diskette <br />containing the complete design of each project shall be furnished to the <br />City in Microstation or AutoCAD. <br />5. All original plan sheets, the title sheet of the specifications, calculations, <br />and reports shall be signed and stamped by the Consultant's licensed <br />professional engineer supervising the project. These signed originals will <br />then become the property of the City. <br />6. Attend meetings with City staff as required. <br />7. Coordination with other Agencies as required. <br />8. Plan check coordination with the City of Santa Ana and other agencies as <br />required. <br />9. Consultant will be required to review and approve addenda and <br />clarifications to plans and specifications. Consultant shall be available to <br />attend pre -construction meetings, as required by the City. <br />B. Preparation of grant applications, including, but not limited to: <br />1. Hazard Elimination Safety (HES), <br />2. Office of Traffic Safety (OTS), <br />3. Safe Routes to School (SR2S), and <br />4. Pedestrian Safety Program (PSP). <br />C. Consultant services described in OTS Project No. PS0119, Pedestrian Safety <br />Task Force Program. <br />1. For Consultant's tasks, see Method of Procedure in Appendix F, Project <br />Description, <br />2. Following contract award, the City will request cost proposals for this <br />project from the three selected Consultants and conduct interviews before <br />assigning the project to a Consultant. <br />3. The City's agreement with this Consultant will contain additional provisions <br />required by OTS (see Attachment H, Section 6.9, Contractual Agreement <br />Requirements, Grant Program Manual, Volume ll, California Office of <br />Traffic Safety, particularly Sections 6.9.2 (h) — (m) and (q) — (u). Copies of <br />Articles XV — XIX of OTS's Model Contract (Exhibit 6D), to which these <br />sections refer, are also included). <br />D. Consultant services described in OTS Project No. PS0120, Pedestrian Safety <br />Analysis Update and Awareness Program. <br />1. For Consultant's tasks, see Method of Procedure in Appendix G, Project <br />Description, <br />2. This project requires the consultant to also provide the services of a <br />marketing consultant. The Consultant may identify/recommend a <br />marketing consultant in the proposal, however, the actual marketing <br />-2- <br />
