ADDENDA <br />Any subsequent changes in the RFP from the date of issuance to the date of <br />submittal will result in an addendum by the issuing office to those parties who have <br />provided the proper notice of interest in responding to the RFP. <br />9. CONTRACT CONSIDERATION <br />Since total actual cost cannot be pre -determined, a fee for each assigned project <br />shall be negotiated at the time the project is assigned. The Consultant shall be paid <br />for services rendered, based upon the hourly rates included in the Consultant's fee <br />schedule submitted with the Consultant's proposal. <br />10. PROPOSAL CONTENT AND SIGNATURE <br />A. Six (6) copies of the proposal will be required with all copies having been signed <br />by the individual or, if a company, the company official with the power to bind the <br />company in its proposal. <br />B. One fee proposal will be required, which must be bound and sealed <br />separately from the proposals, and submitted to the City with the <br />proposals. The fee proposal shall consist of the following: <br />1. The fee schedule, and <br />2. Completed copy of Attachment A, Consultant Rate Comparison Form. <br />C. To be considered, all proposals shall be completely responsive to the RFP. <br />
