Proposal to Prepare an EIR and Provide Planning Consulting Services for the <br />First and Fourth Street Corridors Mixed -Use Overlay Zone <br />I. Existing Conditions <br />II. Required Mitigation Measures/Recommendations <br />VII. Conclusion <br />Future traffic volumes will be forecasted based upon information to be provided by OCTA. The study <br />will address traffic conditions at all relevant intersections required by the City of Santa Ana, the City of <br />Tustin, and CMP guidelines. <br />Mitigation <br />If necessary, KOA can develop and provide conceptual mitigation measures through restriping, signal <br />modifications, or turning lanes. Any mitigation measure will include a discussion regarding feasibility of <br />the implementation of said measures including potential right-of-way acquisition, parking <br />prohibition/restriction, specific movement restrictions, and cost estimate of said measures. <br />If mitigation requiring physical road construction at any location is required, Feld surveys and site- <br />specific civil engineering feasibility studies will be required. These may be prepared by others and are <br />excluded from our scope of services. <br />Submittal and Review of Report <br />The traffic study will be submitted to the EIR Consultant for review and forwarding to the City. Up to <br />three bound copies and one unbound copy of the study will be furnished on each submittal. Additional <br />copies can be furnished at our expense of reproductions. <br />Any proper or reasonable revisions will be incorporated into the traffic study in order to be fully <br />responsive to the Scope of Services. Reasonable revisions include any corrections to the report within <br />the general scope of work, but exclude any traffic data collection or analysis at any locations except as <br />specified in our proposal. <br />Project Support and Meetings <br />KOA will furnish the following additional services: <br />11A <br />
