Term: A four-year term, from July 1, 2004 through June 30, 2008. <br />2. Salary Increases: July 1, 2004 = 0% <br />July 1, 2005 = Oo <br />July 1, 2006 = 4.5% <br />July 1, 2007 = Minimum 3.5% up to 4.5a (me, too) <br />3. Sick Leave and Vacation Accruals: Effective July 1, 2005 = Increase <br />annual accruals from 30 hours to 72 hours per year, respectively. <br />4. Holiday Leave: Effective July 1, 2006 = Allow employees to take 48 <br />hours of paid holiday leave, per year. <br />5. Health Insurance: Effective January 1, 2007 = Provide $100 per <br />month toward medical or dental premiums for any employee who <br />participates in the City's medical or dental insurance programs. <br />In addition, the subject actions will provide salary increases to <br />unrepresented part time employees consistent with those provided for <br />represented part time employees. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds are available in the affected departmental accounts: Salary <br />account (Object Code 6131).
