Seventy-five (75) certified copies to be pro- <br />duced on time and materials basis. <br />Task 5.1.6: Scoping Meeting <br />CMCA will hold a scoping meeting during the NOP process to allow for public input. <br />Phase 5.2: Screencheck EIR <br />The Consultants will work with staff to prepare a Screencheck EIR. The Screencheck <br />EIR will include an existing conditions setting, evaluation of project impacts, recom- <br />mended mitigation measures, and a determination of the level of impact. <br />The Screencheck EIR will address the following: <br />Aesthetics <br />Air Quality <br />Cultural Resources <br />Geology/Soils <br />Hazards/Hazardous Materials <br />Hydrology/Water Quality <br />Land Use/Relevant Planning Programs <br />Noise <br />Population/Housing <br />Public Services <br />Transportation <br />Utility Service Systems <br />Alternatives <br />Commitment of Resources <br />Growth -Inducing Impacts <br />Deliverables: One (1) Camera-ready copy included in cost. Fifteen (15) copies to be <br />provided to city on a time and materials basis. <br />Phase 5.3: Administrative Draft EIR <br />The Consultants will prepare an administrative draft EIR, which will generally be <br />organized as follows: <br />Table of Contents <br />Introduction <br />Summary of Impacts, Mitigation, and Levels of Significance <br />Project Description <br />Environmental Setting <br />Impact Analysis <br />Alternatives Analysis <br />Growth -inducing, Cumulative and Significant Irreversible Impacts <br />Technical Appendices and the NOP <br />Task 5.2.1: Environmental Setting and Impact Analysis <br />CMCA will prepare an environmental setting based largely on existing information. <br />The environmental setting will provide the baseline for analysis in the EIR. CMCA will <br />also prepare an impact analysis pursuant to CEQA requirements. The impact analysis <br />Moule & Polyzoides, Architects and Urbanists <br />
