<br />the McFadden Avenue intersection, consisting of plan view only sheets at 1" == 20' scale, showing the proposed
<br />schedule of poles, conduits, conductors, phasing, details, poims of electrical connection, service meter,
<br />controller location, construction notes, loops and general notes. Note: The additional plan sheet is typically
<br />required for each intersection in order to have adequate room for the plan view, charts, tables and details.

<br />Prepare four (4) Bristol Street Signing & Striping Plan Sheets, consisting of plan view only sheers ar I" = 40'
<br />scale, showing the proposed signing and striping types, transition areas beyond the proposed widening at each

<br />replacements will be per TS modificarion plans.

<br />proposed pedestrian and vehicular streetlight poles, conduits, conductors, pull boxes, details, construction

<br />Prepare up to eight (8) Traffic Control & Phasing Plan Sheets consisting of plan view only sheets at 1" =
<br />40' scale, showing the proposed traffic control and phasing requirements, temporary construction signage,
<br />srriping and warning equipment in conformance with Federal MUTCD 2003 and California Supplemenr
<br />requirements and applicable general notes.

<br />Prepare six (6) Landscape Planting Plan Sheets ar 1" = 20' scale showing rhe proposed planring consrrucrion
