P;ep~re fou~:(4) Landscape Irrig'!,tion &'Planting Detail Sheets showing the proposed irrigation and planting <br />typical-sections andvarious construction details required that conform to the approved concepts. <br /> <br />Grand Total = 69 Sheets <br /> <br /> <br />Task B: Partial Take Right-of-Way Acquisition Legal Descriptions and Maps <br /> <br />Once the project layouts are approved and the designs are fur enough along the preparation of the legal descriptions <br />and maps for rhe anticipated partial property takes can begin and would include rhe following: <br /> <br />1. Prepare accurate legal descriptions and maps for the twenty-seven (27) anticipated partial property takes <br />based on the proposed improvements and their associated required right-DE-ways tie to the accurately establish <br />existing property lines and existing street right-DE-ways. Note the number of partial take locations was <br />approximated by City staff and is subject to refinement and fee adjustment on an established "per each" basis <br />once rhe final number is confirmed. The City will provide tide reports for all affected parcels. Note: No <br />temporary construction easement legal descriptions I maps are presently included in the project scope, nor will <br />rhey be prepared for full take acquisirions. <br /> <br />2. Stake proposed right-of-way encroachments into the twenty-seven (27) properties where parrial takes are <br />anticipated (note: staking is intended to be temporary markings, stakes and/or markers). Note the number <br />of partial take locations was approximated by City staff and is subject to refinement and fee adjustment on <br />an established "per each" basis once the final number is confirmed. Note: no other construction staking tasks <br />are presently included in the scope & fees, however, we would be happy to provide these services per a <br />separate proposal once all of the construction elements are clearly defined in the project plans. <br /> <br />Task C: Construction Specifications <br /> <br />1. Prepare a complete project specification (except for City's civil design portion) in Microsoft Word using <br />City "Boiler Plate" front-end specs and a sample of the technical provision provided on disk. Greenbook <br />Specifications will be utilized for the roadway, drainage and landscape improvements and Caltrans <br />Specifications will be utilized for traffic signal, signing and striping and loop replacements. <br /> <br />2. The Special Provisions and bid schedule will be in a format consistent with current City projects. <br /> <br />3. Specifications and Special Provisions will be written in City's preferred format, outlining how work is to be <br />done; what materials and equipment are to be used; what codes and specifications must be complied with; <br />what special conditions exist or may be encounrered which would effect work, a copy of all applicable standard <br />plans and any orner items which may require special attention in order to complete the rehabilitation as shown <br />on the plans. <br /> <br />Task D: Cost Estimate <br /> <br />Prepare an itemized construction quantity and cost estimate in an Excd spread sheet format, along wirn copies of <br />back up calculation sheets.
