INSURANCe Nu`f L?Iv FILE <br />WORK MAY NOT PROCEED <br />A-2006-094 <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />GATE: 7 3l -~ ~ <br />FOURTH AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />U ~. fd «) THIS FOURTH AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into on the 1~` day <br />(/ FtSCat-~ of May, 2006, by and between Civic Collections, Inc., a California corporation <br />("Contractor") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation of the <br />State of California ("City"). <br />Recitals: <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement #A-2002-150, dated August 5, 2002, (hereinafter <br />"said Agreement") by which Contractor has provided dog license fee collection <br />services. <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />renew said Agreement for an additional one-yeaz period and increase compensation to <br />pay for services during the extended term. <br />Wherefore, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to <br />all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this Fourth <br />Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />Section 2, COMPENSATION, shall be amended to increase the maximum <br />compensation to pay for services provided by Contractor during the extended <br />term. Said compensation shall not kixceed $100,000.00, annually, during the term <br />of said Agreement. <br />2. Section 3, TERM, shall be amended to extend the term of said Agreement to June <br />30, 2007. <br />IN W[TNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Fourth Amendment to <br />Agreement on the date and year first written above. <br />ATTEST: <br />i -- <br />PATRICIA E.
